Coordinate a cross-functional platform migration, aligning stakeholders, priorities and delivery. Work within a five-person international team and alongside a 30-person Hungarian team to support reliable operations.
Lead internal meetings, support onboarding and present updates to management. Developed internal tooling that improves visibility into deployed software versions, supported by clear process documentation.
Logistics Operations Engineer
Supported a warehouse management implementation on site, coordinating local stakeholders through go-live and stabilization. Connected operations and engineering teams during testing and validation, with on-time handover as the priority.
Used SQL-based analysis and structured problem solving to identify issues and support successful project delivery.
Software Commissioning Engineer · International Projects
Worked across multicultural client teams in Austria, the United Kingdom and the United States. Led a team of four engineers on a large-scale Chicago implementation, coordinating priorities, client communication and issue resolution.
